DB and CSAT/SAMHSA Partners Again!!!

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) has awarded DB Consulting Group, Inc. a $3 million dollar contract for the CSAT Planning and Implementing Support Project (under SAMHSA IDIQ Domain X). DB will assist CSAT in achieving their mission to expand the availability of effective high quality services for the treatment of addiction and for evaluations of drug abuse treatment systems through providing planning and implementing support for meetings and conferences. These meetings provide technical assistance and training, material development, improvement of Federal staff knowledge and skills, track developments in treatment and develop standards and guidelines to approve the quality of alcohol and illicit drug treatment programs. DB will support CSAT to carry out these treatment activities by performing the following tasks:

Develop a plan of performance
Conduct pre-conference/meetings
Develop and distribute conference invitations and announcements
Establish Travel/Hotel arrangements
Make arrangements for meeting facilities
Provide conference/meeting plan implementation support
Arrange reimbursements
Hire consultants and experts
Prepare reports
