Logistical Workshop Planning
Arts in Education Model Development and Dissemination Grant Program (AEMDD)
As subcontractor on this Department of Education contract, DB Consulting Group is responsible for the logistical planning of a 2-day workshop conducted by Branch Associates in fall 2003 and a followup 1-day workshop conducted in spring 2004. In addition to arranging the meeting location, DB Consulting Group is providing all workshop administration including pre-registration, participant travel arrangements, and onsite registration and support. The evaluation workshop will be held immediately prior to or immediately after the AEMDD annual Project Director’s meeting in Washington, DC. In addition, while at the workshop, DB Consulting will maintain a Contractor Operations Office, which will include two workstations equipped with computers and printers. Workshop participants will be able to access this Contractor Operations Office to prepare written records of the meeting proceedings and to work on the development of evaluation plans.
