![]() U.S Department of Justice Office of Victims of Crime (OVC) Federal Victims Emergency Fund Federal Crime Victim Assistance Funds, derived from the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA), are used by some Federal agencies to reimburse victims of Federal crime for identified emergency services. OVC has provided some Federal agencies with Federal Crime Victim Assistance Funds to assist the victims that their agency comes in contact with. Currently, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) administer these funds through interagency agreements. EOUSA and FBI, along with Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Border and Transportation Security (formerly INS), and Civil Rights Division-Criminal Section (CRD-CS) also have emergency funds for victims of human trafficing.
