Mission Systems Support Contract (MSOC) – Award
DB Consulting Group, Inc. (DB) announced today that it was selected as a major subcontractor supporting Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT) on their recently awarded Mission Systems Support Contract (MSOC) at NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, Texas.
MSOC is a cost-plus-award-fee contract with core work, indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), and level-of-effort components. The contract includes a two-year base period of performance, and three consecutive two-year options, with a total potential value of approximately $1.12 billion. The contract began Phase-In January 2, 2018 and base period operations begin in early March 2018.
In support of SGT’s MSOC, DB will provide technical, management and administrative services for Mission Control Center Systems (MCCS), Training Systems (TS), Space Vehicle Mockup Facility (SVMF), and other support elements in multiple NASA Flight Operations Directorate (FOD) mission systems environments. Support types include: Operations, development/modification, sustaining engineering, maintenance, IT/Cyber security, and FOD-wide Communications Security (COMSEC) support.
