NASA/JSC FOD Mission Support Operations Contract (MSOC)

MSOC, the primary contract supporting the Flight Operations Directorate (FOD) mission systems environments for Human Space Flight activities at JSC, provides a range of services, including IT, technical, management, and administrative services for Mission Control Center Systems (MCCS), Training Systems (TS), Space Vehicle Mockup Facility (SVMF), and their support elements. MSOC provides lifecycle Operations, from definition and planning, development, sustaining engineering, and ongoing maintenance. There is particular emphasis on Cybersecurity, as we provide FOD-wide Communications Security (COMSEC) support.

DB is the only major subcontractor to Kellog Brown and Root (KBR) after acquiring Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT). DB personnel supports the entire range of program services, with a core focus on IT services. As a major subcontractor, we develop and sustain the technical, managerial, and administrative systems necessary to ensure the availability, integrity, reliability, and security of FOD’s Mission Systems supporting the International Space Station (ISS) Program, including International Partner and Commercial Visiting Vehicles; the Artemis Program, including Orion, the Space Launch System (SLS), and Gateway; and the Commercial Crew Program.
